Hey #Android experts!
Is there a shortcut to toggle which SIM is used for data?

I'm sure there used to be in older versions of Android, but I can't find it in v15 (using #GrapheneOS if it makes a difference).

I can make a shortcut to the Network settings screen. But it is still several more taps until I get here.

I just realized the Mastodon app on #Android changes color when you change your wallpaper like the rest of the system does.

This has been an Android feature since Android 12 and I think Mastodon is the first app I've ever seen change the color of everything to match the wallpaper. Really cool!

I’m in the middle of moving from iOS to #GrapheneOS. My 1st time using something #android-based, so I’m looking for some first-hand recommendations:

1. What Mastodon clients do people prefer? For context: On iOS, I love Ivory, is there anything that gets close?

2. Which FreshRSS-supporting RSS client do folks love? On iOS, I run Reeder.

3. I’ve gone back to having local files as my music library, what’s a good player?

4. What’s a good podcast client, if one comes from Apple’s podcasts?

It's been a little while since I've tried it, but the whole travelling with Android/Google thing has degraded.

Gmail didn't pull the flight times out of the confirmation email. After manually adding it to the calendar I'm not getting flight info updates as notifications.

Am I being "punished" for not enabling Gemini or have they just turned all those features off?

I'm on the latest OS updates and on a relatively new Pixel phone.

I replaced the stock #Android OS with @GrapheneOS on my new phone a few days ago, and it’s been great. Around 95% of the apps work as expected, and the added functionality more than makes up for the minor trade-offs. I thought I’d miss tap to pay, but going back to cards has been frictionless. A pleasantly uneventful migration.
